Block Lessons
Block lessons are valid for up to 6 months from date of purchase.
If a lesson needs to be cancelled, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Individual Lessons - Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the lesson fee.
Block Bookings - Cancellations made within 24 hours will count as one lesson used.
No-Shows - The full lesson fee will be charged.
I understand things that unexpected things can happen. I will always aim to reschedule where possible, and will apply professional judgement on a case-by-case basis.
