I’m currently developing my skills in brass instrument repair and maintenance through hands-on work in a repair workshop, alongside ongoing personal practice and study.

Creative Brass UK is a space where I document this process — sharing real repair work, case studies, and ongoing development in the craft.

My background as a brass player, along with a strong interest in how instruments function and respond, has naturally led me into repair work, where I’m continuing to build experience across a range of brass instruments.




What I do


I am currently working on:

Basic servicing and maintenance
Dent removal and mechanical adjustments
Valve and slide cleaning and alignment
General troubleshooting and diagnostic work
Restoration and playability improvements


Each job is approached with care, attention to detail, and a focus on improving how the instrument plays.
